Our Story
Lustres Consulting was founded by practitioners who spent years inside complex enterprise environments — architecting distributed systems, managing cloud migrations under real business pressure, and navigating the compliance landscapes of regulated industries. We recognized early on that most businesses were attempting their cloud journeys without the right partner: either working with large consultancies that deprioritized smaller accounts, or relying on internal teams stretched too thin to deliver strategically.
We built Lustres to be the firm we wished existed. One with deep technical credentials, honest communication, and a genuine stake in our clients' outcomes. With 10+ years of collective expertise across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security compliance, we've delivered solutions across industries on two continents — from early-stage companies migrating their first production workloads to established enterprises modernizing legacy infrastructure at scale.
Today, Lustres operates from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and Reading, United Kingdom — giving us the reach to serve clients across North America and Europe, and the agility to show up when it matters.
